This is a catalog of
California rainfall during Strong (57-58, 65-66, 72-73) and Very Strong
(82-83, 97-98) El Niño events.
One of the most striking take-aways is
that the December precipitation was BELOW AVERAGE throughout most of
California during both "Strong" and "Very Strong" events .

this data is simply an analysis of past events, and is not a forecast;
especially given the same sample sizes.
