JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A 3-year-old
boy died Friday afternoon after being found locked in a car with the windows up
and the doors locked, police said.
The victim was identified by police as
Scott Wilson.
Rescue workers found the boy in cardiac arrest and began
performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation. He later died at Shands Jacksonville
hospital. He had a temperature of 108 degrees.
The boy's mother told
police she had given the boy breakfast between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Friday. She

the boy got in the car.
The boy's body was taken to the medical
