The Winter forecasts are reproduced from the NOAA Climate Prediction Center (https://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/predictions/90day/), the 2024 Old Farmer's Almanac (Yankee Publishing, Dublin, NH)n and the Farmer's Almanac (Lewiston, ME). The observed temperature and precipitation data are from PRISM (https://www.prism.oregonstate.edu/comparisons/anomalies.php).

ANALYSIS
Given the disparate formats, it is left to the individual user to do their own comparisons and evaluate the relative usefulness of the forecasts to their particular activity.
